Return & Refund Policy
Easy returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund if you're not happy with your purchase. The guidelines shown below can help you file a return request via your order page. Whatever you ask, we will try our best to comply. Contacting us via email ([email protected]) is the recommended method of initial communication.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Returns must be made in their original packaging.
- IUnauthorized returns of goods will not be allowed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- Every item must be undamaged or unopened, tagged, and in its original packing, in the exact state that it was when you received it. The purchase receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
- Customers are required to utilize a delivery method that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging objects.
Order Cancellations
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
Non-returnable items:
- Item that is on sale cannot be returned.
- Customers' losses or damages are not refundable.
Exchanges
Orders are not yet exchangeable online. To receive a refund on the original product, you must return it and buy the replacement item separately.
Refunds
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your return once it has been received. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
In two to three business days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.
General Return Process
- Step 1: Get in touch with our customer support representatives at [email protected] to respond to any queries you may have and to explain why you are returning.
- Step 2: Our customer service representative will provide you with return instructions and confirm the return address.
- Step 3: Send the returned items back to the specified return address, making sure they are packed fully. Please save the appropriate proof of postage and make sure your things are securely wrapped.
Costs
- For International returns, your return charge will be deducted from your refund. Using your own method of return, refunds will only be processed once the items have arrived to our warehouse and If your items don't make it back to us, you'll need to open a dispute with the carrier. You may be liable for import and pay a custom duty charge for orders over the customs threshold.
Policies
- It is advisable that you employ a trackable delivery technique for all returns to guarantee your package is returned to us securely. Packages that are returned to us are not insured against loss or damage.
- Once you receive the last package of your order, you have 30 days to return any purchases (with the exception of final sale/clearance item(s), free gift, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories). Note:After completing the online return request form, you must email us a photo demonstrating the issue.
- Authorization is required for return packages. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, as determined by customer service. Note: You may not return the item(s) to the address on the package you received. It will delay the processing of your return because that is not our return address.
